Sheriff Nowels Welcomes Two New Entry-Level Deputies

 

On November 22, 2024, Spokane County Sheriff John Nowels swore in two new Entry-Level Deputies at the Spokane County Public Safety Building.  Please help us welcome Entry-Level Deputy Nicholas Fell and Deputy Dallace Johnston to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.               

 

Deputy Nicholas Fell (35) was born in Spokane and raised in Western Washington.  He has lived in the Spokane area for the last 12 years and attended Eastern Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Recreational Management. 

 

Deputy Dallace Johnston (23) was born and raised in Spokane and graduated from East Valley High School.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice and was previously employed with Spokane County Detention Services before joining the Sheriff’s Office. 

 

Please join us in welcoming them and their families to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
