Spokane Valley Police and Spokane County Sheriff’s Office seek the public’s help locating a Runaway/At Risk Juvenile, 14-year-old Lydia S. Decker.
14-year-old Lydia S. Decker’s family reported her as a runaway and that she has a history of crisis treatment, threatening self-harm, assaultive behavior, and other associated risk factors.
It is unknown where Lydia may have gone or who she might be with, but her family is very concerned for her safety.
14-year-old Lydia S. Decker is described as a white female, approximately 5’07”, 180 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
In addition to the Spokane Valley, Lydia is known to frequent downtown Spokane or surrounding areas, but her actual whereabouts are unknown.
