The Moses Lake Police Department identified three suspects and recovered an abandoned vehicle linked to the crime. On March 22, 2025, the United States Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) was requested to adopt the fugitive investigation.

On March 24, 2025, a juvenile suspect was arrested in Richland, Washington, by the Richland Police Department at the request of the U.S. Marshals. The suspect, who had sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the leg, is charged with First-Degree Murder.

On March 25, 2025, arrest warrants were issued for the two remaining fugitives, wanted for: Murder in the First Degree, Five Counts of Assault in the First Degree, Drive-By Shooting, Felon in Possession of a Firearm

The U.S. Marshals PNVOTF is working closely with the Moses Lake Police Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Washington State Department of Corrections, U.S. Border Patrol, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to locate and apprehend these fugitives.

A reward of up to $10,000 ($5,000 per fugitive) is available for information leading directly to their arrests. The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals Service or local law enforcement immediately.
