U.S. Marshals Service Offers Reward
Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Detectives and the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force are teaming up to locate and arrest last Sunday’s shooting suspect, identified as 30-year-old Jordan G. Fleming.
Jordan Fleming is considered armed and dangerous, and residents should not approach him.
The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $750 for information leading directly to the suspect’s arrest.

Major Crime Detectives Investigate Shooting at North Spokane Tavern
Spokane County Sheriff’s Major Crimes Detectives are investigating a shooting at the Big Foot Tavern on North Division that occurred early Sunday morning. Initial information indicates the incident began as a fight between two individuals who know each other that escalated. The victim of the shooting was transported to the hospital and was last known to be in serious but stable condition. The suspect(s) has not been located.
On November 17, 2024, at approximately 1:15 am, Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported shooting at the Big Foot Tavern, 9115 N. Division Street.
Deputies arrived and located an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his abdomen area. Deputies provided lifesaving first aid and worked to control the bleeding. The victim was transported to the hospital for additional care and was last known to be in serious but stable condition.
Deputies began the investigation as Major Crimes Detectives responded.
Initial information indicates the victim and suspect are friends/acquaintances. During the evening, they became involved in a physical altercation with each other that escalated, and the victim was shot. The suspect(s) fled the location in a vehicle and has not been located.
This shooting does not appear to be random, and Investigators do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public stemming from this incident.
