Spokane Valley and Spokane County Deputies Work Together to Locate and Arrest Wanted Fugitive

Spokane Valley and Spokane County Deputies collaborate to locate a wanted suspect on local warrants for charges of Trafficking in Stolen Property 1st Degree (felony) and Theft 3rd Degree (misdemeanor).  He was also found to have a valid and extraditable Idaho warrant for Burglary, a felony.  

 

On July 9, 2024, at approximately 7:45 pm, Spokane Valley and Spokane County Deputies began searching for a wanted suspect, 37-year-old Andrew P. Miller, at an apartment complex in the 2900 block of N. Cherry Lane.  Miller had local confirmed warrants for Trafficking in Stolen Property 1st Degree (felony) and Theft 3rd Degree (misdemeanor) and a confirmed felony Idaho warrant for Burglary.  

 

Deputies located and arrested Miller without incident at approximately 8:55 pm.    

 

Miller was transported and booked into the Spokane County Jail for his local warrants.  He is also being held as a Fugitive from Justice pending extradition to Idaho on the felony Burglary charge.
